Each client has different needs and unique challenges.
My approach to therapy is to use interventions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and challenges. My ultimate goal with clients is to give them the coping skills they need to better handle challenges and problems on their own.
I hold a M.Ed. in Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and did my internship for this degree at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital.
I also hold a M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas, and a B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
